Hey there, I’m Brian Humenuk
I am the Founder of PoliceHiringPrep.com and COPJOT.com, two of only a handful of law enforcement websites in the United States and beyond dedicated entirely to aspiring law enforcement officers and criminal justice professionals.
I have been working as a police officer for over 2 decades and proudly all of that time has been on the streets.
As a young Patrolman, I was eager to make a difference and master my job responsibilities.
As a Patrol Supervisor and Field Training Officer I have had the same mindset and goals however with a change in responsibilities I have had a unique opportunity when it comes to the newest members in uniform.
The opportunity I am speaking of is becoming present in a police applicant's life very early on all the way through the day they complete field training, and become a fully sworn self-reliant police officer.
Having been in this role for over a decade, I know exactly what it takes for a person to go from civilian to fully sworn.
With that, I have seen many people excel and few fail. In fact, many of the officers that I have personally trained have gone on to get promoted and even assigned to some really awesome positions, like S.W.A.T., Detective, School Resource Officer, Motorcycle Officer, and Field Training Officer.
